Will the Legal Fund cover my representation in court?

There are two areas to the SPANZ Legal Fund, school and personal cover.  For detailed information please refer to the Legal tab on the website.

Why do we have to come through SPANZ initially to access the Legal Fund?

You are welcome to contact HarrisonStone directly if you are a SPANZ Legal Member.

HarrisonStone have an up to date list of all our Legal members and can assist you immediately upon checking your membership status.

If you are not a legal member you will need to contact SPANZ initially to upgrade your membership. 

Please note: we are unable to cover you for an existing legal issue you may already be dealing with - so we encourage you to pick up legal membership at the beginning of each year so you have peace of mind during your school year.
